Shipping Policy

Where we ship

ARCADA currently ships to addresses in the United States.

How orders ship

ARCADA works with established home brands. Each item ships directly from its brand's warehouse, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. The total shipping cost is always shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

  • Orders are processed by the shipping warehouse after payment is confirmed. Each product page shows that brand's typical processing time and delivery estimate. Most parcel items ship within 0–5 business days and arrive within 1–14 days after shipping; some made-to-order or oversized items take longer, as stated on the product page.
  • Parcel-size items ship by standard ground carriers.
  • Furniture and other oversized items may ship by freight. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment; freight delivery is typically curbside or to the first dry area unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Made-to-order items (such as custom wall art) require additional production time before shipping.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as each package ships.

Inspecting your delivery

Please inspect every delivery on arrival. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report damage or missing items to info@arcada.sbs within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout; re-delivery fees, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
